Study:
  • Phase I-II, nonrandomized, open-label trial
  • Pretreated metastatic colorectal cancer patients with KRAS G12C mutation
  • Adagrasib + Cetuximab (n=32) and Adagrasib (n=44)
Efficacy:
  • mOS: 13.4 [9.5-20.1] and 19.8 mos [13.5-20.8]
  • mPFS: 6.9 [5.4-8.1] and 5.6 mos [4.1-8.3]
  • ORR: 41% and 18%
Safety:
  • Any grade: nausea (62% vs. 57%), diarrhea (56% vs. 66%), vomiting (53% vs. 45%)
  • Grade≥3 AEs: diarrhea (3% vs. 7%), dermatitis acneiform (3% vs. 0%)
