  • Refractory or relapsed high-risk neuroblastoma in the bone or bone marrow with a documented partial response, minor response, or stable disease to prior therapy
  • Naxitamab with GM-CSF (n=22)
Efficacy:
  • ORR: 45% [24%-68%], CR: 36%, PR: 9%
  • Median DoR: 6.2 mos [4.9 – NE]
Safety:
  • Grade 3-4 AEs: Pain (72%), infusion-related reaction (68%), anaphylactic reaction (12%), diarrhea (8%)
