  • Double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 3 trial (PROpel)
  • Previously untreated, mCRPC
  • Abiraterone 1000 mg daily + Olaparib 300 mg twice daily (n=399) vs. Abiraterone + PBO (n=397)
Efficacy:
    ITT
  • mOS: 42.1 vs 34.7 mos, HR:0.81, p=0.0544
  • mPFS: 24.8 vs 16.6 mos, HR:0.66, p<0.001
    • BRCAm
  • mOS: NR vs 23.0, HR:0.29, p<0.001
Safety:
  • Grade≥3 AEs: Anemia (15.1% vs 3.3%), hypertension (3.5% vs 3.3%), venous emboli and thrombosis (6.8% vs 2.0%)
