New Indication: Atezolizumab in advanced alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS)
Study:
  • Open-label, multicenter, phase 2 study
  • Unresectable or metasatic ASPS
  • Atezolizumab 1200 mg in adults (n=47) or 15 mg/kg (1200 mg max) in pediatric pts (n=2) once q21 days.
Efficacy:
  • ORR: 24% [13.0-39.0]
  • 6 mos DoR: 67%
  • 12 mos DoR: 42%
Safety:
  • Any grade AEs: Musculoskeletal pain (67%); fatigue (55%); rash (47%); cough (45%); nausea, headache, and hypertension (43% each).
