  • Completely resected, pathologically confirmed stage IB (tumours of ≥4 cm in diameter), II, or IIIA
  • Pembrolizumab (n=590) vs PBO (n=587)
Efficacy:
  • mDFS: 53.6 vs. 42 mos, HR: 0.76, p=0.0014
Safety:
  • Grade≥3 AEs: Hypertension (6% of both), pneumonia (2% vs.0)
