  • mPFS: 6.1 mos [4.6-11.5]
    • Alveolar soft part sarcoma
  • ORR: 78% [11 of 14 pts]
  • DoR: 4.9 mos [0.3-23.8]
  • mPFS: 6.6 mos [5.5-NR]
    • SMARCA4-deficient sarcoma
  • ORR: 50% [6 of 12 pts]
  • DoR: 13.3 mos [8.3-33.5]
  • mPFS: 2.0 mos [0.3-NR]
Safety:
  • Grade≥3: Anemia (8%), ALT increased (6%), AST increased (6%).
