  • mEFS: NR vs 17.0 ms, HR:0.58, p<0.001
  • 24 mos EFS: 62.4% vs 40.6%
  • mOS: NR vs. 45.5 mos, p=0.02 (NS)
  • 24 mos OS: 80.9% vs. 77.6%
  • mPR: 30.2% vs 11.0%, p<0.001
  • pCR: 18.1% vs. 4.0%, p=0.0001
Safety:
  • Grade≥3: Neutropenia (20.7% vs. 19%), anemia (7.3% vs. 5.5%)
