New Protocol: Belzutifan plus cabozantinib for patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma previously treated with immunotherapy
Study:
  • Phase II, single-arm, open-label, multicenter study
  • Locally advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma had previously received immunotherapy and up to two systemic treatment regimens.
  • Belzutifan 120 mg oral daily + Cabozantinib 60 mg daily (n=52)
Efficacy:
  • cORR: 30.8% [16 of 52 pts]
  • CR: 2.0% [1 of 52 pts]
  • PR: 29% [15 of 52 pts]
Safety:
  • Grade≥3: Hypertension (27%)
  • 1 pts death from treatment related respiratory failure
