Study:
  • Single-arm, open-label, multicenter, phase II trial
  • Patients with uLMS, progression on ≥1 prior line treatment
  • Temozolomide + Olaparib (n=22)
Efficacy:
  • cORR: 27.0% [6 of 22 pts]
  • mPFS: 6.9 mos [5.4-NR], ITT population
  • mPFS: 11.2 vs. 5.4 mos, p= 0.05, HRD and HRP, respectively
Safety:
  • Grade≥3/4: Neutropenia (75%), thrombocytopenia (32%)
