New Protocol: Sotorasib plus carboplatin-pemetrexed in patients with advanced non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer with KRAS G12C mutation
Study:
  • Phase II, single-arm study (SCARLET)
  • Treatment naïve, metastatic KRAS G12 mutant non-squamous, NSCLC
  • Sotorasib 960 mg daily + Carboplatin + Pemetrexed for 4 cycles followed by sotorasib and Pem until disease progression (n=30)
Efficacy:
  • cORR: 88.9% [27 of 30 pts]
  • 6-month PFS: 61.2%
  • 6-month OS: 87.0%
Safety:
  • Any Grade: anemia, neutropenia, nausea, thrombocytopenia
  • Grade 5 AEs: 1 patient death due to pneumonia
