Study:
  • Phase III, randomized, open-label trial (SUNLIGHT)
  • Adult patients who had received no more than two previous chemotherapy regimens for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer
  • Trifluridine–tipiracil (FTD–TPI) + Bevacizumab q28 (n=246) vs. Trifluridine–tipiracil (FTD–TPI) (n=246)
Efficacy:
  • mOS: 10.8 vs. 7.5 mos, p<0.001
  • 12-month OS: 43% vs. 30%
  • mPFS: 5.6 vs 2.4 mos, p<0.001
  • 12-month PFS: 16% vs. 1%
Safety:
  • Grade≥3 AEs: Neutropenia (43.1% vs. 32.1%), Anemia (6.1% vs. 11.0%), hypertension (5.7% vs 1.2%)
