Study:
  • Open-label, randomized phase II trial
  • Metastatic colorectal cancer, refractory or intolerant to fluoropyrimidines, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, and anti-EGFR (for RAS WT)
  • Trifluridine/tipiracil with (n=47) vs. without bevacizumab (n=46)
Efficacy:
  • Disease control: 51% vs. 67% (p=0.14)
  • Median PFS: 2.6 mos vs. 4.6 mos (HR: 0.47 [0.29-0.74])
  • Median OS: 6.7 vs. 9.4 mos [HR: 0.55 [0.32-0.94])
Safety:
  • Grade 3-4 AEs: Neutropenia (38% vs. 67%), anemia (17% vs. 4%), diarrhea (0% vs. 9%)
