  • Atezolizumab (n=256) vs. PBO + vemurafenib + cobiventinib (n=258)
Efficacy:
  • mOS: 39.0 vs 25.8 mos, HR:0.84, p=0.10
Safety:
  • Grade≥3 AEs: increased lipase (23% vs. 22%), increased CK (22% vs. 18%), increased alanine aminotransferase (14% vs. 9%).
