  • Organ confined response: 77% v 63% (p = 0.001)
  • Neoadjuvant cohort 3 year PFS: 69% v 58%, HR = 0.68 (p = 0.014)
Safety:
  • Grade >=3 AEs: 52% vs 55%
  • Severe anemia: dd-MVAC > Gem-Cis (P < .001)
  • Asthenia 14% vs 4.1% (P < .001)
  • Grade ≥ 3 GIS disorders: dd-MVAC arm> Gem-Cis (P = .003)
